The Happy Slap and Copper Wire Number Nine...
I can not believe that this has become an actual problem...
In a nut shell... Welcome to the disturbing world of the "happy slappers" - a youth craze in which groups of teenagers armed with camera phones slap or mug unsuspecting children or passersby while capturing the attacks on 3g (3rd generation?) technology. Uggh. Slowly turning into anger. Grrrr.
