Holy Parkour!

And you've seen it... you just never knew that it had a name... and it is cah-razy... basically you can like leap over things and scale walls and buildings using just your bare hands... covering a great distance over an unbalanced terrain in a short amount of time... sick...

In a nut shell... free running...

Sebastien Foucan developed the discipline of Parkour with his childhood friend David Belle, who practiced the 'Natural Method' of Parkour, Influence by his miltary father, also a great sportsman.

How crazy would it be if people really travelled around like that!?!

... and I know it is no joy dealin' with this strike so here is an 8 minute video... //may not work with Internet Explorer//... of some kids climbing/free running (I think in the ruins of Chernobyl) to ease your frustrated nerves... it's all in russian and really grainy at parts and pretty lame but gets better around the 2:25 mark...
